its kinda wierd. my favorite characters are some of the most unloved ones there are.

1) shiratori - why? because hes adorable, has a blue suit, a tuff of curly hair, and despite the fact he is being violently buttraped out of the spotlight by mr. ima-favorite-character-douchebag-takagi he still tries to get the girl he thought he loved. Why its wierd i like this character? well, if you analyze his character thoroughly you realize...hes a total dick. he comes from a rich family and likes to talk about that to the girl he liked. Plus he does everything in his power to keep sato and takagi away from eachother. EVERTHING. you can see him at the bottom right of this page [link]

2) kogoro mouri - why? first off, hes a bumbling detective. he he tries his best during cases even though he doesnt know what the answer to it is. plus he discreetly tries to get back with his wife, who he still loves greatly. plus during those very rare occasions where he actually knows the answer to the case, he is so badass during the unvieling. Why its wierd? well, hes an alcoholic. No wait, hes an UNFAITHFUL alcoholic. no, no, wait, hes a GAMBLING unfaithful alcoholic. Frankly, im kinda surprised why i like him. but i do [link]

3) joseph megure - why? he is the inspector. hes the type of character that is like the father figure. Except he's the father figure of the entire police force. He has a huge moustache, and he wears a brown fedora-ish hat. and he cant for th life of him speak english, hes tried to say police in english...it was horrible. he wont think twice to put himself in harms way if it heps save someone else. And finally, hes close friends with mouri because they worked together before mouri quit the force. Why its wierd? he's kinda old, and not in the best of shape. [link]

4) misao yamamura - ok, last one. i like him because he is so immature. adn everytime a character talks to him, they all ask the same thing "how the crap did this guy end up as an inspector?" also, he has an insane obsession with mouri, so much that when he thought that mouri hung himself, he broke down in tears. everytime he sees mouri at a case, he whips out a video camera and decides to record it. however, he fails to do so each time. Why its wierd? the fact that i like him is utterly shocking in itself. i guess one reason i wouldnt like him is...oh! got one! one reason i wouldnt like him is that he does'nt even know anything about the area that he's inspector for.
